We are located in Atlanta, Georgia, however represent clients across all 50 states and abroad. Our office represents clients in both affirmative petitions and defensive processes with U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) and Immigration Courts. We provide direct representation at USCIS interviews and in deportation proceedings before the U.S. Immigration Courts. We also handle Family-based and Marriage-based Residency, Naturalization, Deportation Defense (including Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, and Waivers), and Appeals for previously denied cases.
Our Practice Areas
Immigrant Visas
Our office is experienced in obtaining spousal visas for those married to an American citizen and fiancé visas (technically non-immigrant) to allow a foreign citizen to enter the U.S. for the purpose of marrying a U.S. citizen and applying for a green card. We also guide families through family-based petitions to avoid potential issues. Our office will prepare applications and represent clients.
Asylum, Removal, and Deportation Proceedings
Our office can assist in applying for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT); cancellation of removal for Lawful Permanent Residents or non-Lawful Permanent Residents, Adjustment of status, and voluntary departure. We represent clients in both Affirmative and Defensive Asylum Proceedings. We also help clients released on bond or through other alternative means of detention. Our office can represent individuals in bond proceedings with the Immigration Court. We also represent clients in BIA Appeal cases.

Our office is experienced in processing and obtaining Student Visas, J Exchange Visas, B1/B2 Visitor and Business Visas, and Religious Visas.
